In the mid-80's I began my own fanzine called Feline Frenzy teen 'zine - based on the teen magazines of the 60's, written specifically for women into the burgeoning 60's influenced 80's garage scene.
I hosted The Fuzz That Wuzz Canada's first garage radio show when the station was associated with York University and co-hosted an AM radio show in Atlanta. I have written for The Chart, Exclaim! and NOW; Toronto's local indie papers as well as a host of international garage fanzines like Misty Lane, Cryptic Tymes, Bananas Magazine, 7&7 Is and the legendary Ugly Things Magazine. I enjoy hunting for records, writing and researching liner notes, compiling records, and writing for music books and fanzines published around the world. Freeform, independant radio is my passion. I'm now at WFMU on the Rock'n'Soul Radio stream.
